We seek an experienced Brand Strategist for our London team.
This client-facing member of our team will lead brand and communication consulting projects from our London office, and support the firm’s principals on larger, international engagements.
The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset, a passion for the emerging trends of social business, and at least three years direct experience leading brand and communication strategy projects. They will build positive and productive engagement teams, adapting project processes, while maintaining our core methodology, and upholding our values-driven approach.
Additional job requirements include…
At minimum, an undergraduate degree in business, commerce or communications
Experience developing multi-channel strategic marketing plans, balanced with directing and participating in the implementation
Understanding of and experience in sustainability and social change issues
Minimum of three years experience in the social enterprise and / or charity sectors
Minimum five years experience at a senior, strategic position, inside or outside of the social sector
Experience working across cultural and / or geographic boundaries
Ability to engage in open-ended discussions of complex problems
Proven ability to self-manage, lead, and to exceed client expectations
